Intersection of Change is a community-based  non-profit in Baltimore, MD founded in 1996 to address poverty-related challenges in Baltimore’s Sandtown-Winchester, Upton, and surrounding communities.

Martha's Place

A residential recovery program for women overcoming substance abuse and homelessness.

Jubilee Arts

Dance, visual arts, ceramics, and youth business classes plus public art projects to bring the arts back to life in our community.

Strength to Love II

Uses an urban farm to offer employment to returning citizens, workforce development for youth, and addresses food apartheid.

Neighborhood Revitalization

Revitalization of the 1900 and 2000 blocks of Pennsylvania Avenue through renovations, murals, green space, and special events.

Intersection of Change (formerly Newborn Holistic Ministries) is dedicated to providing programs that enrich the economic, social, and spiritual lives of those dealing with poverty-related issues in our Sandtown-Winchester, Upton, and surrounding communities.
