Our Mission
Intersection of Change (formerly Newborn Holistic Ministries) is dedicated to providing programs that enrich the economic, social, and spiritual lives of those dealing with poverty-related issues in our Sandtown-Winchester and surrounding communities of west Baltimore.
Our Vision
We envision a flourishing community with economic stability, cultural enrichment, improved health and well-being ending poverty for residents in Sandtown-Winchester and surrounding communities.

Our Values
Community based – We are an organization of and for our west Baltimore community that strives to affirm the dignity of all our residents by empowering them as participants, partners, and fellow leaders. We value the differences and commonalities that bring us together in our community.
Faith inspired – Our work stems from Christian faith that calls us to social action and to address poverty in our community. Since our organization’s creation in 1996 by Newborn Community of Faith Church, we have sought for our work to reflect the motivation of our Christian values that call us to serve others and seek social justice. We welcome all races, creeds, religious affiliations, and genders to partner with us as staff and participants to participate in our secular programming to fulfill our mission.
Holistic community development – We seek transformational change for our residents and community and seek to achieve this through our programs and revitalization projects that enrich our community with social, economic, and spiritual opportunities.
