A program that operates an urban farm, provides workforce development called Thrive (for young adults ages 18-24), and serves citizens returning to the community from incarceration. The farm entails 14 greenhouses totaling 1.5 acres, addresses community food apartheid issues, and offers employment to community residents.

"We are compelled to serve our community members who return from incarceration, so they can be supported and succeed. This plus efforts to battle food apartheid are our commitment to our neighborhood through Strength to Love II."
