- Director of Development (full-time) – Responsible for researching public and private support and identifying potential individual, corporate, foundation and institutional funding sources. The position will cultivate relationships with funding sources on both the local, state, and national level and develop annual development goals to address programming needs. Duties include writing grants and grant reports, grant research, reporting, donor recognition, managing production of communication media and annual fund solicitations, organization and planning of fund and friend-raising events, cultivating and maintaining individual donors, and managing all contributors in a donor database. The position reports to the Executive Director and works closely with the program directors of Martha’s Place, Jubilee Arts, and Strength to Love II.
Strength to Love II – Program Coordinator (full-time) – Manages the Urban Youth Agriculture Program (UYAP) workforce development project for youth ages 12-19 years at our Strength to Love II program. The model combines at STEM based approach with paid job training and classroom instruction to ensure participants gain and retain employment and move towards self-sufficiency with a focus on agricultural career opportunities. Position is responsible for the development, implementation, management of the program. Accepting applications now till role is filled
