Strength to Love II – Program Director: A full-time position that oversees our Strength to Love II program including management of youth workforce development, oversight of the program’s 1.5 acre farm, administrative and fiscal management of the program, and support and management of program staff.
The S2L2 program is part of our community development work dedicated to addressing poverty related issues in west Baltimore. The position works closely with the S2L2 Farm Manager, and is performed under the direction of the Executive Director of Intersection of Change.
