Strength to Love II – Program Coordinator (full-time) – Manages the Urban Youth Agriculture Program (UYAP) workforce development project for youth ages 12-19 years at our Strength to Love II program. The model combines at STEM based approach with paid job training and classroom instruction to ensure participants gain and retain employment and move towards self-sufficiency with a focus on agricultural career opportunities.
